(b) The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk. 5.0 (Five) Crore over the last 5 (Five) years.
(c) The minimum amount of Liquid Asset (free funds /Cash flow) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 1.5 (One Point Five) Crore. |

Special Instructions |
- If any un-avoidable circumstances prevail in the date of receiving, Prequalification Documents will be received in the next working day at same hours.
- The provision laid down in the PPA-2006, PPR-2003 & Procurement Procedure shall be in strict compliance.
- The Applicant must sign all pages of Prequalification Documents
- Furnishing of any false, fake & forged document or information by a Tenderer shall result in rejection of his Prequalification Documents and may lead to take necessary action against Applicant under Regulation of PPR 2003.
- The procuring entity reserves the right to accept any or reject any or all Prequalification Documents.
