Special Instruction
(i)The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders
(ii)Furnishing of any false, fake, wrong and misleading document or information given
by a Tenderer shall result in rejection of his/her Tender and may lead to forfeiture of
Tender Security and action will be taken against Tenderer under Regulation 15 of PPR-
2003.
(iii) Tenderer who have successfully completed the similar nature of work having cost of 1.5(one & half) crore in single work order with in the last 3 (three) years preceding the date of submission of tender .Before Purchasing the Tender document the contractor has to be taken Prior permission from the concern Executive Engineer showing original experience certificate not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent from the respective Organization.
(vi) Annual Turn over Certificate should be submitted not less than Tk 1.00 crore.
- Liquid Assets or free fund amount should be not less than Tk 50.00 lakhs
- Bitumen mixture Asphalt plant (capacity 60-80 tons/hour) ownership certificate should be submitted.
