Terderer who have successfully completed the similar nature/civil work having cost of 1 (one) crore in single work order instead of 1.5 (One & half) crore.

31 (vi)

Equipment capacity (Bitumen Mixture Asphalt Plant) for the tenderer shall own or have assurance access through lease, hire or other such method of the essential equipment, in full working order as specified in TDS and in order to full fill he contract it has been obtained a  “contractual arrangement” for hire/lease access  to such equipment during the intended period of use to per form the contract “ as per STD for Procurement of works (National) clause No-15.1 instead of special instruction described in 31(vi).

All other terms and conditions of the tender will remain unchanged. The corrigendum will be issue with free of cost to all tenderers and this will be the part and parcel of the Tender.
